eggs eggs and more eggs

Going to revive this blog now that I've joined the rest of the world with smartphones!

I've got eggs and lots of 'em from the kind folks over at Happy Chicken Hill, namely Tim!
Lovely delicious eggs that lead me to Google "what to do with a lot of eggs" and then I wound up making a recipe I already had!!

  1. OH!...I am so jealous you have Happy Chicken Hill eggs!!! Make lemon curd! Frittate! Meringues! I tried a fried egg for the first time the other morning...it was so good! Make fried eggs...with bacon and cheese!
