New raincoat!

Stoli doesn't like to go out when it rains so today while out shopping for birthday cookies for Spike (his 11th is this Saturday! He'd like Target gift cards please), I picked up this rain coat for Stoli...Doesn't he look spiffy in his new coat??!?....and yes, that is the new bed I made (first photo).....has an attached blanket since Stoli likes to be under covers...

Birthday Dinner

Mom & Richard's birthday dinner....Bacon & cheddar quiche and Corn & potato chowder. The quiche recipe I got from the Food Network and I must admit it was a damn good quiche!! I think it was the mayonaisse. Yes, mayonaise. I've never made a quiche with mayo before but I can tell you from this day on I will!
Daddy's vino for drinking as well...red and white! :)

more bag

I don't yet under stand all the workings of Blogger...so when I sent pics from my phone they go one at a time - so this is T's messenger bag again, the outside view. The chicken (see post below) is in a pocket in the front. The bag also has a pocket on each side.

Got a chicken in my pocket...

This is the chicken button I sewed into the pocket of T's messenger bag...being on Happy Chicken Hill, it's only fitting.

Dog bed

Here is a dog bed I made - from a remnant of fleece that cost $5.16, extra from another remnant costing $3 and a down comforter I had no longer in use! It is roughly 28" x 42" - dog beds of this size usually sell for $50-$70!

Here is another little stuffed dog I sewed for a friend's son. I wonder how many of these I could make and sell and be able to retire....

Hello again.  I've been away for a very long time again! 3 years ...DANG!! Well, coming back is what's important, right?!  Like visi...
